Hi there, and welcome to Everlasting Tea Time! I’m Chef Dahlia Armour, and food has been my lifelong passion. My culinary journey started on a small farm in Jamaica, where I learned to appreciate fresh ingredients and bold flavors. Over the years, I honed my craft at places like The Breakers Hotel and The Chesterfield Palm Beach, blending my Jamaican roots with global cuisines to create something truly special.
